Return Policy

You always have 14 days to decide if the item is suitable for you. Kubik Store guarantees to refund the value of any items provided they have been kept in proper condition before return.

According to current legal provisions, "the consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that they renounce the purchase, without penalties and without invoking any reason, within 14 working days from receiving the product."

Products that do not meet your requirements will be shipped BACK IN THE CONDITION THEY WERE RECEIVED to KUBIK STORE. If the products received by us show scratches, missing protective films, or broken seals, we reserve the right to refuse refunds. We do not have the possibility to accept packages with cash on delivery. Products will be shipped in their original form, without being damaged or used.

The return shipping cost is 15 RON.

Please inform us if you have made a return, by phone, email, or by completing the return form. The value of the returned merchandise will be refunded within 14 days from the moment we receive this information. If we do not receive this information, your money will be refunded within 30 days from the moment we receive the returned products.

Please respect the deadline for returning the merchandise. The value of the returned merchandise will be refunded by bank transfer only to accounts belonging to banks in Romania. The new ordered merchandise will be shipped with cash on delivery payment.

Please keep the proof of shipment of the returned package until the complaint analysis process is completed, and in the case of returned merchandise until the money is refunded. The courier fee will be refunded only under the following conditions: if the received product is damaged, has a defect, or is not the product you ordered.

This return policy is valid for products purchased through the Kubik Store online store.

If you are considering returning the product, do not use it! You cannot use the products you received before making a decision regarding the cancellation of the sales contract. Not eligible for return:

Products that have been opened (cosmetics).

Products that have been tested/used

Products with damaged labels, broken seals, or erased

Products purchased from other stores

Products not accompanied by documents proving the purchase (invoice or fiscal receipt)

Products with damaged packaging in any way
